1. Wire wrapping tape: 16mm yellow tape, core tape: 10mm*2TS, high-temperature tape.
2. Wire winding must be smooth, with the starting wire bent at a right angle. The tape should not be curled.
3. Measurement: The number of turns and the same-name terminals must be correct.
4. Tinning: The leads must be bright and burr-free, and the solder must be fully applied.
5. The wire wrapping must be free of dirt and kept clean.
6. The core must be TDK PC95 material.
7. Assembly: Inductance: L1-3 = 1.9-1.97mH, 55kHz, 1V
Withstand voltage: P-S: 4000V/5mA/60s;
P-C: 2500V/5mA/60s;
S-C: 1500V/5mA/60s
8. Potting: After the transformer has preheated for 30 minutes, pot it with transparent tape.
