1. Wire wrapping tape is dark yellow, 22.0mm thick. Core tape is dark yellow, 15.0mm x 3 TS. The tail should be at the bottom.

2. Wire winding must be smooth, with the tail bent at a right angle. The tape should not be curled.

3. Measurement: The number of turns and the same-name terminals must be correct.

4. Tinning: The pins must be bright, burr-free, and fully soldered.

5. The wire wrap must be free of dirt and kept clean.

6. Grind the air gap on the core (for top assembly). Keep the contact surfaces clean during assembly to avoid affecting the inductance.
