1. The wire wrapping tape is light yellow, 17.0 mm thick. The core tape is light yellow, 24 mm x 3 TS thick. The tail is located at the bottom.

2. The wire must be wound smoothly, with the tail bent at a right angle. The tape must not be curled.

3. Measurement: The number of turns and the same-name terminals must be correct.

4. Tinning: The leads must be bright, burr-free, and the solder must be fully applied.

5. The wire wrapping must be free of dirt and kept clean.
6. Grind the air gap on the core (installed on the top). Keep the contact surfaces clean during assembly to avoid affecting inductance.

7. Assembly: Inductance: L1/2 - 3/4 = 1.0 mH ±20% (1.0 kHz / 1.0 V)

   Withstand Voltage: P-S: 2500 V/1 mA/60 s;
    P-C: 1500 V/1 mA/60 s;
    S-C: 1500V/1mA/60S

9. Dipping: Vacuum dipping, varnish concentration between 0.92-0.93.

10. Both B and A are ejected from the top and connected to 80A copper lugs, each 100mm long. Do not cut C. Complete N2/N3 before N4.
